When we meet someone who has ‘found their purpose’, what qualities do we notice? Do they seem to have mastered their craft or occupation? Do they seem joyful and content in their day to day lives? How do we find — and live in — our true purpose? Is it finding the right job, the right career? Is it becoming really ‘good’ at something? Or is it as simple as learning to remain present?
In today’s meditation, we attune ourselves to our deepest thoughts, needs, and desires to find our true purpose. By giving our full attention to this moment — our breath, and our thoughts — we open ourselves to the Universe to give us direction through our inner voice.
