Often the areas of greatest discomfort in our bodies are the areas that require the most attention. Our discomfort may be telling us to slow down, not to worry. It may hold trauma from old injuries, emotional wounds, or regret. One way to release our discomfort, whether physical or emotional, is to simply breathe into it.
In today’s meditation, we breathe into our discomfort. We give it our attention, our focus, and our breath. Finally, we invite ourselves to let it go.
